莲龙消积方改善中晚期原发性肝癌患者生活质量的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价莲龙消积方改善中晚期原发性肝癌患者生活质量的临床疗效,探讨中医药治疗肝癌的效应机制,并探索肝癌治疗的最佳方式方法。方法:采用开放性随机对照研究方法,将中晚期原发性肝癌患者分为中药组(莲龙消积方组)(40例)、综合治疗组(莲龙消积方联合榄香烯西药介入组)(40例)及单纯西药介入组(45例)。疗程30 d,为1个观察周期,观察比较3组中医证候、体能状况(Karnofsky Performance Score,KPS评分)、肿瘤患者生活质量(Quality of Life,QOL评分)及AFP值变化情况等指标。结果:3组比较,在改善中医症候、KPS及QOL方面,中药组明显优于单纯化疗介入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合治疗组降低甲胎蛋白(Alpha Fetal Protein,AFP)值明显优于中药组、化疗介入组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莲龙消积方能够缓解中晚期原发性肝癌患者临床症状、改善AST及ALT、提高体能、改善生活质量。Abstract Objective：To observe the effect of Lotus dragon eliminating tumor prescription on improving living quality of patients with middle-late primary liver cancer（PLC） ,discuss the effect mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment of liver cancer, and explore the most effective treatment method of liver cancer. Methods ： Using open and comparative trial, middle-late PI,C, were randomly divided into three groups, namely Lotus dragon elinfinating tumor prescription group （40cases） , lotus dragon e- liminating tumor prescription combined elemiene and chemotherapy drugs intervention group （40cases） , Singly western medicine ehemotherapy drugs intervention group （40cases）. A treatment course of thirty days was count as an observation period. The TCM symtrome integral and AFP value change of three groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed statistically, as well as liver function, Physical status （KPS） score,Tumor patients＇ quality of life QOL score. Results： In the improvement of tradition- al Chinese medicine syndrome,the comparison of KPS score and the comparison of QOL score , the effective rate of Comprehensive treatment group and the TCM group were superior to the chemotherapy interventional group, the difference has statistical signifi- cance（P 〈 0. 05） ; The effective rate of Comprehensive treatment group to reduce the AFP was superior to the TCM group and chemotherapy interventional group, the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Lotus dragon eliminating tumor prescription can ease the clinical symptoms of middle-late stage primary liver cancer patients, AST and ALT value, enhance physical fitness and improve the quality of life.
