加强高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的途径探析

摘　　要：当前,高校创新创业教育中存在着教师人数少、教师队伍结构不完善、教师个体知识结构单一、师资培训不足等问题。师资力量薄弱阻碍了高校创新创业教育的开展。对此,应促进创新创业教育师资队伍专业化,完善师资培训机制,加强校企合作,鼓励教师创业或到企业挂职锻炼,等等。只有这样,才能促进高校创新创业教育深入开展。The destitution of teaching faculty of entrepreneurship education is a primary restriction to the reform of college entrepreneur- ship education. Factors including insufficient quantity, homogenized structure and knowledge of the faculty, as well as inadequate training hinder the smooth operation of entrepreneurship education. In order to resolve the above issues, it is strongly recommended to intensify the professionalization of teaching faculty, to perfect training mechanism and to strengthen coordination between college and corporations. It is also important to encourage teachers＇entrepreneurship as well as secondment for practical experience.
