摘  要:以地沟油、环氧氯丙烷、三乙胺为基本原料制备阳离子表面活性剂。考察反应溶剂对季铵化反应收率的影响,利用表面张力法测定制备表面活性剂的临界胶束摩尔浓度为6.32×10^(-3) mol/L,利用电导率法测定临界胶束摩尔浓度为6.45×10^(-3) mol/L,此时对应的表面张力gcmc为44.35 m N/m。并进一步研究该表面活性剂对纸张柔软效果,当表面活性剂摩尔浓度达到2.35×10^(-3) mol/L时,即可获得对纸张最佳的柔软作用。In order to eliminate the biological poison of waste oil and to realize the effective utilization, the waste oil was used for preparing cationic surfactant with high additional value. Waste oil, epichlorohydrin and triethylamine was used as raw materials to synthesize cationic surfactant. The effect of reaction solvent on the yield of the product was investigated, and FT-IR was used to determine the molecular characteristics of the product. Then the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the product was determined by surface tension method and electrical conductivity method, and the value was 5.07 × 10-3 mol/L and 5.02 ×10-3 mol/L, respectively. At this point, the corresponding γmc was 35.26 mN/m. Moreover, the softening effect to paper of the product was tested, the results showed that the paper was endowed with better soft properties when the concentration of the surfactant was 2.35 ×10-3 mol/L.
