摘  要:针对现代市政管网发展需要,结合故障事故的影响,对市政管网进行系统安全保护设计,合理采取应急处置措施,在保证装置运行安全可靠的基础上尽量减少事故及次生灾害的影响。论文设计了一种利用弹簧储能,适用于市政管网应用领域的智能型阀门紧急关断装置。In this paper,a kind of intelligent valve emergency shutdown device is designed,which is suitable for the application field of municipal pipe network. This paper has to think highly first on the cause and effect analysis while designing on safe protection to meet the re-quirements of the development of modern municipal pipe networks,with full consideration of all the factors resulting in potential accidents,taking reasonable measures on shut down and off-work,trying all means to avoid frequent on and off works of the devices and narrow the impact resulted from the accident and secondary disasters.
