摘　　要：高速搅拌器搅拌轴摆动过大和搅拌器整体振动会导致搅拌器无法正常运转,还会影响到生产量,本研究对于这些问题进行了分析和总结,找到了问题的原因,并使其得到了有效解决,从而不仅确保了生产量,还减少了设备消耗和降低了员工劳动强度,进而使装置运行更安全、更稳定、更有效。The high-speed mixer shaft swing too large and mixer whole vibration cause mixer can＇t run properly,also can affect the production. In the research,for these problems are analyzed and summarized,the reason of the problems are find out and the problems are solved effectively,thus not only ensure the production,reduce equipment consuming and the labor intensity,and then make the equipment operation more safe,more stable and more effective.
