摘 要:提出一种新的无功源空间建立方法,在计及风电间歇性的潮流计算模型基础上,利用逐次递归法计算节点间的无功电压灵敏度,从而达到符合实际电网运行中一级电压控制(PVC)的物理静态响应特征。在建立无功源控制空间时,综合无功电压灵敏度绝对值大小以及无功源的可调节裕度来表征其对待分区节点电压的控制能力,继而生成节点在各无功源控制维上的矢量坐标,并根据节点在无功源空间上的坐标计算节点间欧式几何距离,用于模糊聚类算法对电网进行无功电压的区域划分,最后以IEEE 39标准系统对提出的方法进行实例验证,计算结果表明该方法的有效性和准确性。A novel method of establishing var Source - Space is proposed, which considering the impact of the intermittency of wind power to power flow calculation. Then, using recursive methods to successively compute the reactive - voltage sensitivity among nodes of network, for that could take the physical response characteris- tics of principal voltage control(PVC) into consideration. As to establishing var Source - Space, the absolute values of reactive- voltage sensitivity and available regulation margin are comprehensively considered to char- acterize control capability of the var sources. After getting vector coordinate of each node in every dimension of reactive source in this paper, the Euclidean distance between nodes could be easily figured out and then utilized in the process of fuzzy clustering analysis to come true power network partitioning. Finally, the feasibility and ef- ficiency of the proposed method are verified on the IEEE 39 standard network.
