染色体多态性与福建地区女性生殖异常的关系

摘　　要：目的通过对不孕不育患者进行染色体核型来探讨染色体多态性与福建地区女性生殖异常的关系。方法对不孕不育患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果 6456例生殖异常患者共检出染色体多态性变异313例;其中9号染色体臂间倒位94例;8、10和15号染色体臂间倒位各1例;1号染色体臂间倒位3例;1、9、16号染色体次缢痕增加70例;D/G组(13、14、15、21、22号染色体)染色体短臂和随体区异常92例;大Y染色体和小Y染色体51例。结论染色体多态性可能与生殖异常有关,临床医生应重视生殖异常患者的染色体检查。Objective： To explore the relationship between chromosomal polymorphism and outcomes of reproductive abnormalities in Fujian area by chromosome analysis of patients with infertility and spontaneous abortion. Methods： To gather patients＇ peripheral blood and carry on cultivating, to make chromosome G-banding and karyotype analysis. Results： 313 cases with chromosomal polymorphism in the 6456 with reproduction abnormalty were detected.94 cases with inv （9） were detected, leases with inv （8） , inv （10） and inv （15） were detected, 3 cases with inv （ 1 ） were detected; 70 cases with the secondary constriction region lengthened of chromosome 1, 9 and 16 were detected;92 cases with the short arm abnormalities of chromosome D/G group （13, 14, 15, 21, 22） were detected;51 cases of big or small Y chromosome were detected. Conclusion： Outcomes of reproductive abnormalities are related to chromosome polymorphism.Chromsomal polymorphism should be paid close attention to pations with reproductive abnormalities.
