稽留流产与IGF-II基因多态性之间的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在阐明胰岛素样生长因子-II(IGF-II)中的一种G/C多态现象与稽留流产发生发展风险及预后疗效的关系。方法纳入我院妇产科稽留流产患者的病例样本共计96例,另外纳入正常妊娠的78例作为对照组,采用基因测序的方法确定单核苷酸多态性的等位基因,分析两组患者的基因型与临床特点,探讨分析稽留流产与不同的IGF-II基因型之间的关系;采用Logistic回归分析IGF-II基因型与稽留流产发病危险因素之间的相关性。结果 IGF-II基因型在稽留流产及正常个体妊娠绒毛组织中基因型的分布是不相同的,通过多因素的Logistic回归分析显示GC及GG两种基因型是稽留流产发病的危险因素;携带GC基因型者稽留流产发病的风险增加16%,而携带GG基因型者稽留流产的发病的风险增加28%;表达量低于平均值的有42例,高于平均值的有54例,携带GG基因型IGF-II高表达的患者发病率高于,低表达的患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论 IGF-II的G等位基因是稽留流产的危险因素,GG基因型与稽留流产的预后有着相关性,可作为稽留流产发病及转移的危险因素。Objective：This study aimed to clarify the relationship between IGF-Ⅱ（IGF-Ⅱ）in a G / C polymorphism and the risk of missed abortion the development and prognosis of efficacy. Methods：A sample of hospital maternity patients missed a total of 96 cases of abortion,another 78 cases of normal pregnancy included as a control group,using gene sequencing to determine the single nucleotide polymorphism allele,analysis groups genotype and clinical characteristics of patients,and to explore the relationship between the analysis of missed abortion with a different IGF-Ⅱ between genotypes;Logistic regression analysis correlation IGF-Ⅱ genotype and missed abortion between risk factors. Results：IGF-Ⅱ genotype missed abortion and normal pregnancy villi individual genotype distribution is not the same,by multivariate Logistic regression analysis show GC and GG genotypes are risk factors for the incidence of missed abortion;carry GC gene type who missed abortion increases the risk of morbidity by 16%,while the risk of carrying the GG genotype missed abortion incidence increases 28%;the expression level lower than the average of 42 cases,54 cases of above-average,carry GG gene patients with type IGF-Ⅱ expression of incidence in patients with low expression of the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：IGF-ⅡG allele is a risk factor for missed abortion,GG genotype and prognosis has relevance,as missed abortion incidence and risk factors for metastasis missed abortion.
