摘　　要：目的探讨沧州地区500例儿童中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶（NAP）的正常值，为改良的快速NAP染色方法的临床应用提供参考值。方法采用快速改良方法对500例健康儿童进行外周血NAP检测，作为儿童组；另选取300例健康体检成人作为成人组。通过检测确定沧州地区儿童的NAP阳性率和积分的参考值，并与成人标准比较，观察其是否存在明显差异。结果500例儿童NAP阳性率和积分均低于成人组，但差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）；无论是儿童组还是成人组，男、女中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶染色阳性率和阳性积分比较差异均未见统计学意义（P〉0．05），且组间两两比较差异亦未见统计学意义（P〉0．05），说明性别对NAP阳性率和积分均无影响。结论沧州地区儿童NAP阳性率参考范围为52％-72％，积分值140～183。无论儿童还是成人NAP均无性别差异。Objective To investigate the normal value of neutrophil alkaline phosphatase（NAP） in 500 children in Cangzhou, and to provide a reference value for the clinical application of modified fast NAP staining method. Methods The peripheral blood NAP of 500 healthy children were detected by rapid improvement method （children group）, and another 300 healthy adults were selected as the adult group. The reference value of NAP positive rate and integration in children were determined, and then compared with the adults Standard, and observed whether there were significant differences between the two groups. Results The NAP positive rate and points in children group were lower than those in the a- dult group, the differences were not significant （P 〉 0.05 ） ; There were no significant differences in the positive rates of alkaline phosphatase staining and the positive scores between the male and the female, both in the children group and the adult group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, and the difference was not significant between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）, which implied that gender had no effect on the NAP positive rate and score. Conclusions The reference range of NAP positive rate in children in Cangzhou was 52% to 72%, the points value was 140 to 183. Both children and adults had no gender differences in NAP.
