血液净化联合盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液救治急性氧化乐果中毒临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究血液净化联合盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液救治氧化乐果中毒的临床疗效。方法将72例氧化乐果中毒患者随机分为两组，对照组采用盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上早期行血液净化治疗，并同时给予盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液。两组在治疗前进行APACHEII评分，并对比分析胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间、反跳发生率、盐酸戊乙奎醚应用总量及治愈率。结果常规治疗组治愈率为91．32％，实验组为98．23％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，血清胆碱酯酶活力水平恢复时间、盐酸戊乙奎醚应用总量、反跳发生率、治愈率两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液净化联合盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液治疗氧化乐果中毒，临床疗效可靠，显著改善患者生存率，值得应用推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of blood purification and penehyelidine hydroehloride injection on patients with omethoate poisoning. Methods Seventy-two omethoate poison- ing petients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with penehyelidine hydroehloride injection, while the experiment group were given early-staged blood purification and penehyelidine hydroehloride injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Before treatment, the two groups were scored with APACHE Ⅱ , and the activity of CHE recovery time, bounce rate, the dosage of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection, and the cure rate was compared and analyzed.Results The cure rate of convention group was 91.23%, that of experiment group was 98.23%, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of the results of the testing programs of CHE every recovery, the bounce rate, the cure rate and the dosage of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical effect of blood purification combined with penehyclidine hydroehloride injection on patients with omethoate poisoning is reliable, it can significantly improve the survival rate of patients, so it is worthy of application and promotion.
