摘 要:针对传统输变电设备在线监测系统难以满足故障定位精确、多参数集中监测的现状,提出一种新型输变电设备在线监测系统架构,并重点研究了用于状态监测的智能电子装置(IED)。设计了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的状态监测IED,主要由微处理器、温度传感器、电流传感器、电压传感器和一种有源RFID芯片构成。仿真与测试结果表明:IED天线回波损耗约为-13.1 d B,载波频率为865.8 MHz时,IED最大读写距离为18 m,IED驱动电流和工作电流分别为520,210μA,性能优于SL9000A。Aiming at problem that the existing transmission and distribution equipment on-line monitoring system is not satisfied with accurate malfunction locating and intensive monitoring of multi-parameter , present a new type of transmission and distribution equipment on-line monitoring system architecture and focus on intelligent electronic device (IED)for condition monitoring. Design a IED for condition monitoring that is based on RFID, the IED mainly consists of MCU, temperature sensor, current sensor, voltage sensor, and a battery-assisted RFID chip. Results of simulation and test show that, return loss of antenna of IED is about -13.1 dB, the maximum reading and writing range of IED is 18 m when the carrier frequency is 865.8 MHz, drive current and working current of IED is 520 μA and 210 μA,property of IED is better than SL9000A.
