摘　　要：基于系统化文献评述方法,文章对现有网络评论可信度相关研究进行了系统回顾,形成有关其影响因素的整合模型。该模型包含的结构性因素有评论内容、评论来源、评论接收者、平台与产品类型。研究进一步辨析了各结构性影响因素的关键变量,并比较和总结了各变量间的影响效应。Based on systematic literature review method, this paper conducts a comprehensive review of the researches on credibility of online review and forms a unified framework of impact factors. The model includes comment of reviews, content of re- views, receiver of reviews as well as platform and type of reviews. The paper identifies the key variables of each constructor, and compares and summarizes the influential effects between these variables.
