摘　　要：针对钢管原酸洗线人工操作多、作业环境恶劣、酸洗质量难以控制的问题,开发了一种自动酸洗线成套技术及装备。介绍了自动酸洗线中酸洗运输车、紊流式酸洗槽和夹套式磷化槽等主要技术装备的功能特点及控制方式;详细介绍了生产自动化技术体现的4个方面,生产物流自动化,流体系统配液、补液自动化,酸液循环过滤加热自动化和物流信息自动化。该自动酸洗线具有清洁生产、节省能源、降低废弃物排放、减少环境污染、降低劳动强度等优点,可推广使用。Addressing the problems of the existing steel tube pickling operation line like man power-consuming, poor operation conditions and difficult controlling of pickling quality, etc., a complete package of technology and equipment of an automatic pickling line is developed. Described here in the article are the functional characteristics and control types of this operation line＇ s main technological equipment, covering such devices as the transport ear, the turbulent pickling bath, and the jacket type phosphorizing bath. Also elaborated are the four major automation technologies as used in the production process, i.e., the automatic production logistics, the automatic liquid system distribution and fluid infusion, and the automatic circulating, filtering and heating of acid solution, etc. The automatic pickling line is in possession of a lot of advantages namely, clean operation, energy-saving, low waste discharge, and being more environment-friendly and labor intensity-reducing, which is worth spreading up.
