摘　　要：解读了GB/T 31936—2015《焊接钢管轧辊》标准。介绍了GB/T 31936—2015标准的制订背景;分析了焊接钢管用轧辊的特性及选用原则;简述了该标准中选用的焊接钢管用锻造轧辊和铸造轧辊材质,并比较其力学性能、耐磨性、使用寿命等;指出了焊接钢管用轧辊的主要技术指标;说明了标准中涉及的试验方法和检验规则等。Interpreted in the article is China national standard, GB/T 31936-2015 Rolls for Welding Steel Pipe. Described is the background for establishment of the standard. Analyzed are the characteristics of and selection principle for rolls for welded steel pipes. Briefed are the material of the forged roll and the cast roll for welded pipes as specified under the standard. And compared are the two types of rolls in terms of mechanical property, wear resistance and service life. Finally, the main technical indexes for roils for the weld pipe are pointed out, and the testing methods and inspection regulations as specified under the standard are described.
