摘  要:建立了Cu/Al/Cf充芯连铸设备几何模型。根据实际传热条件,确定了模型中各边界换热方式,计算获得了各边界换热系数。利用ProCAST软件对连铸温度场进行了数值模拟,对比模拟和实验结果可得,该模型温度场模拟结果具有较高的精度,对提高连铸坯质量具有重要的指导意义。A geometrical model of vertical core-filling continuous casting for Cu/Al/Cf composites was established. According to the actual heat transfer condition, interracial heat exchanging modes were identified, and the interface heat transfer coefficients were obtained. The temperature field was simulated by using finite element software ProCAST. Compared with simulation and experiment results, the simulation results of this geometrical model were very accurate. These research results may provide important message for improving the quality of continuous casting slabs.
