摘　　要：汶明琦教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎与饮食、精神、体质等有关,胃气郁滞,胃失和降,病位在胃,与肝、脾密切相关,调理脾胃升降,行气消痞除满为治疗大法。强调治胃不忘疏肝,行气谨惕伤阴。脾胃虚弱,运化水谷的功能减退,消化吸收功能失常,建中温脾汤治疗;肝气郁结,胃失和降,久则脾胃虚弱,气血生化不足,疏肝和胃汤治疗;脾胃气虚,推动无力,导致气血运行不畅,形成胃络瘀阻,逐瘀安胃汤治疗;脾胃虚弱,湿热阻滞中焦,纳运失常,除湿和胃汤治疗。WEN Mingqi（汶明琦） believes that chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly related to diet, spirit, constitution, and so on.Qi stagnation of gastric estrangement falls, disease in the stomach, is closely related with liverand spleen, spleen and stomach lifting, gas fire ruffian is divided for the treatment of Dafa full. The weakness of the spleen and stomach, shipped Mizutani dysfunction, the body＇s digestion and absorption dysfunction, Jianzhong Wenpi Tang（建中温脾汤） in the treatment; stagnation of the liver qi and stomach qi to descend, long the weakness of the spleen and stomach, lack of Qi and blood biochemistry, Shugan Hewei Tang（疏肝和胃汤） treatment; Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, promote the weak, leading to blood runs sluggish, the formation of gastric stasis, Zhuyu Anwei Tang（逐瘀安胃汤） in the treatment of; the weakness of the spleen and stomach, heat block middle energizer, receiving and transporting arrhythmia, Chushi Hewei Tang（除湿和胃汤） treatment
