灌肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎38例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察灌肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,38例住院患者灌肠方(马齿苋60g,赤芍20g,青黛10g,生黄柏20g,千里光30g,枯矾10g)直肠滴入,早晚各1次。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗7d,临床缓解1例,显效3例,有效21例,无效13例,总有效率65.79(25/38);治疗1疗程(14d),临床缓解3例,显效4例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率78.95(30/38);治疗2疗程(28d),临床缓解4例,显效12例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率84.21(32/38)。[结论]灌肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] Observation of therapeutic effect of enema in treating ulcerative colitis. [Method] Using a prospective design method, 38 cases of hospitalized patients were given enema（Purslane60g, Radix Paeoniae20 g, Indigo naturalis10 g, Cortex Phellodendri20 g, Climbing Groundsel Herb30 g, Alum10g）, taken once in the morning and evening respective. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 14 d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment for 2 courses of treatment, to determine efficacy. All the 38 patients were followed up for 28 d, and the clinical effect was observed. [Result] A period of 7d, clinical remission in 1 cases, markedly effective in 3 cases, effective 21 cases, invalid 13 cases, total effective rate 65.79（25/38）; A period of 14 d, clinical remission in 3 cases,markedly effective in 4 cases, effective 23 cases, invalid 8 cases, total effective rate 78.95（30/38）; A period of 28 d, clinical remission in 4 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective 16 cases, invalid 6 cases, total effective rate 84.21（32/38）. [Conclusion] Enema treatment of ulcerative colitis, curative effect satisfaction, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
