调理脾胃辨治五脏杂病

摘　　要：脾胃为后天之本。内伤脾胃,百病由生。脾胃居中央属土以灌四旁,调理脾胃以通调五脏,用于胸痹、黄疸、咳嗽、黄疸、水肿等分布于不同五脏体系之病证,五脏安,血脉和,诸病消。脾与心密切相关,心属火,脾属土,心火可温养脾土;脾胃与肺脏关系密切,脾胃腐熟水谷,散精于肺,脾土生肺金,脾胃虚弱可导致肺虚;黄疸与湿邪有关,脾喜燥而恶湿,脾运化失常,可使湿邪内生,饮食所伤,脾胃瘀热内生,脾之本色外露,发为黄疸;脾主运化,脾失健运,水湿内停,泛于肌肤而成水肿。脾胃虚弱,可致水液运化失常。辨证论治,固护调理脾胃,诸病得健。The Spleen and Stomach are located in the center of the human body, by regulating the Spleen and Stomach can regulate the human body, make the internal organs healthy, let the blood run properly, finally make the illness recovery. This theory can be used for Chest Pain, Cough, Jaundice, Edema and other diseases, so diseases of different organs of the human body can be can be diagnosed and treated according to this theory. The spleen is closely related to the Heart, the Heart belongs to the Fire, the Spleen belongs to the Earth, the Fire of the Heart can warm the Spleen Earth; The Spleen and Stomach are closely related to the Lung, which can digest food, transmiss the nutrients to the Lung. The Spleen belongs to the Earth, the Lung belongs to the Gold, the Earth can produce the Gold, so weakness of the Spleen and Stomach can lead to the Lung weakness; Jaundice is closely associated with SHIXIE, the Spleen likes to dry and hates the damp, if the function of the Spleen occurrences obstacle, the human body could produce SHIXIE.If the diet let the Spleen and Stomach injuried, blood stasis and heat evil could be produced in the human body, and then the internal color of the spleen is showed,Jaundice is produced. The Spleen mainly transports and transformates the diet, if the function of the Spleen disordered, water and dampness could be retented in the human body, emerge in the skin, eventually lead to the production of Edema. If the Spleen and Stomach weakened,the transport and transformation of water in our human body could be imbalanced. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation, stable, protect and regulate the Spleen and Stomach, which can heal all the diseases at last.
