温补心肾法治疗缓慢性心律失常简况

摘　　要：缓慢性心律失常多为体质虚弱、饮食劳倦、七情所伤及感受外邪等。心肾阳虚是发病之本,病位在心,根本在肾。温补心肾为主,疗效好,毒副作用小,远期疗效可靠,可提高心率、改善症状和生活质量。包括中药方剂(麻黄附子细辛汤加减、温阳定悸饮、生脉饮合淫阳藿),中药针剂,中成药口服制剂(参仙升脉口服液、温阳补心胶囊、强心复脉饮)及针刺。不足之处辨证分型、诊断及疗效评价标准不统一,药物具体作用部位不明确,研究心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常报告较少,临床证据级别较低。日后研究应严格临床设计,遵循循证医学,开展多中心、大样本、随机对照试验,探索中医药复杂作用途径机理。Bradyarrhythmia is mostly due to physical weakness, improper diet and overstrain, endogenous seven emotional frustrated and exogenous pathogen, etc. Yang dificiency of heart and kidney is the baisis of morbidity. It locates in heart and roots in kidney. Warming and tonifying heart and kidney is the main therapy. This therapy is high on curative effect and less on side effect. It＇s reliable on long term curative effect. It could increate heart rate, improve symptoms and life quality. Including TCM prescription such as Ephedra Aconite and Asarum Decoction（麻黄附子细辛汤）, Warming Yang and Calming Down Palpitation Decoction（温阳定悸饮）, Shengmai Decoction with Herba（生脉饮合淫羊藿）, TCM injection, Chinese patent medicine oral preparation such as Shenxian shengmai Oral Liquid（参仙升脉口服液）, Warm Yang and Tonify Heart Capsule（温阳补心胶囊）, Strong Heart and Pulse Liquid（强心复脉饮） and acupuncture. The inadequacy of the paper is not unified on syndrome differentiation, diagnosis and curative effect valuation standard. It＇s unclear of the drug specific site action. The paper research on Yang dificiency of heart and kidney bradyarrhythmia is less. It＇s lower on clinical evidence level. In the future, it should be strict on clinical design and follow evidenced-based medicine, develop multi center, large sample and randomized controlled trail for exploring complex mechanism of TCM action.
