查对制度在基层旅店业消毒工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用查对制度在基层旅店业公共用品用具中的消毒效果。方法选取唐山市丰润区辖区内不同档次的旅店共计85家,在实施查对制度前后对茶具、毛巾、床上用品、拖鞋、脸盆等公共用品用具分别进行检测。结果实施查对制度后,各类公共用品用具抽检合格率均明显提高,其中茶具、毛巾和拖鞋两次检测合格率的差异均有统计学意义(χ2=10.550,P<0.05;χ2=8.895,P<0.05;χ2=4.457,P<0.05)。结论应在基层旅店业消毒工作中大力推广查对制度,使从业人员消毒操作技术更加规范化,以保证公共用品用具的消毒效果,从而确保提高全区旅店业卫生水平。Objective To investigate the effect of application of the system on the disinfection of public goods in the basic hotel industry.Methods Different grades of hotels within the selected area amounted to 85,before and after the implementation of the checking system for tea sets,towels,bed linen,slippers,basins,etc public supplies and appliances are tested.Results After the implementation of the checking system,sampling rate are significantly improved on all kinds of public products,among them,tea sets,towels and slippers twice the qualified rate of the differences was statistically significant（χ2= 10.550,P〈0.05;χ2= 8.895,P〈0.05;χ2= 4.457,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hotels disinfection work at the grassroots level should be promoted in the checking system,making the disinfection technique practitioners more standardized to ensure disinfection effect on public products,so as to ensure that the overall level of health of the hotel industry in the area.
