摘　　要：东北老工业区的对外贸易具有出口竞争力偏低、利用外资效应低、地缘贸易优势强、贸易潜力大、贸易结构不合理等特点。在分析东北老工业区对外贸易发展及现状的基础上,运用显示性贸易综合比较优势(RTA)指数对东北老工业区以及长三角地区和广东省的对外贸易进行测算和分析,并根据分析结果,提出了优化东北老工业区对外贸易的对策建议。Northeast old industrial area＇s foreign trade has a great quantity of characteristics such as the low export competitiveness, relatively low effect of foreign capital utilization, outstanding geographical trading advantages, strong trading potential, unreasonable trading structure, etc. Ac- cording to the calculation as well as the consequences of the empirical analysis towards the RCA, RCDA, RTA index of Northeast old industrial area foreign trade, this dissertation is going to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the foreign trade of Northeast old industrial area.
