江苏省废有机溶剂回收利用行业现状分析

摘　　要：废有机溶剂回收利用行业可以从废有机溶剂中回收蕴藏的可再生资源,是实现可持续发展的重要组成。通过调研发现,2014年江苏省废有机溶剂产生量最多的三个城市依次是徐州、苏州和南京,而产生量最多的四个行业分别是化学原料和化学品制造业、电子设备制造业、专用化学品制造业及合成材料制造业。江苏省废有机溶剂回收利用工艺大致可分为三类:常压蒸馏、特殊精馏以及减压精馏。对这三类工艺的企业处理规模进行了对比,发现常压蒸馏更适合于企业处理成分较为简单的废有机溶剂,对于成分较为复杂的废有机溶剂企业一般都采用特殊精馏、减压精馏等工艺。Renewable sources could be obtained through used organic slovent recycling industry, which plays an important role in sustainable development.It has been found that the producing amount of Xuzhou, Suzhou and Nanjing were higher than other cities in 2014 of Jiangsu province.Moreover, the industry of chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing, electronic equipment manufacturing, Special chemicals manufacturing industry and Synthetic materials manufacturing were the top four waste organnic solvent producing industries.The treating process of waste organnic solvent reusing plant used in Jiangsu province can be classified into three kinds ： atmospheric distillation, special distillation, vacuum distillation.lt has been found that atmospheric distillation is more suitable for the treatment of waste organic solvent with simple components.The special distillation and vacuum distillation process are generally used for the complicated composition of waste organic solvent.
