摘　　要：纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮是常用的国标方法之一,作为一个条件实验,很多因素影响着测试结果。文章阐述在测试过程中影响氨氮测定的一些因素及其控制方法。Determination of ammonia-nitrogen by Nessler＇ s reagent spectrophotometry is one of the most commonlyused standard method, as a condition of experiment, many factors affect test Results.This paper discusses factors affecting the determination of ammonia nitrogen in the testing process and its control method.
