摘 要:中部地区通过承接东部发达地区产业转移以及在"干中学",是否能够显著提升本地区的科技进步,这是一个需要实证检验的命题。本文以河南某市部分县的数据为基础运用回归分析方法,构建了一个科技进步的数理模型,确定了承接业转移的判定系数,实证研究表明:不同县市产业承接转移程度与科技进步判定系统大小基本一致。因此,将干中学与承接东部地区产业转移结合起来,是提升中部地区科技进步以及保持经济持续增长的重要手段。The hypothesis that midland provinces of China could, by carrying on industrial transfer from coastal areas and by "learn- ing by doing", significantly improve their scientific and technical progress is to be tested by empirical evidences. To deter- mine the coefficient of determination in carrying on industrial transfer, the article has built a mathematical model with re- spect of scientific and technological progress, and has tested the model with method of regression based on data of some counties of Henan provinces. Empirical research suggests that coherence exists between the level of carrying on industrial transfer and the dimension of determining system of technical progress. The combination of learning by doing with carrying on industrial transfer from Eastern areas of China is therefore relevant for elevating the level of science and technology and maintaining economic growth in midland provinces of China.
