摘  要:介绍新驰电气有限公司SCBR6Z系列剩余电流自动重合闸塑壳断路器的工作原理,并描述该系列断路器创新设计要点:采用带隔离功能的控制器强行将主电路和控制器电路完全接通和断开;采用旋转拉动及齿轮抱死的电动操作机构,确保电机转动轴受力更加均匀;采用超低功耗、16位精简指令系统(RISC)的微控制器MSP430F147为核心器件,构建一个低功耗、高性能的测控系统。This paper introduces the operating principle of SCBR6Z series auto reclose molded-case circuit breaker of residual current of XinChi Electric and describes the innovative design points of this series. Specifically, the controller with isolating function is used to fully connect and disconnect main circuit and controller circuit in a forced way; the electric operating mechanism with rotary pulling and gear locking is adopted to ensure more uniform force on motor rotation axis; the microcontroller MSP430F147 with ultralow power consumption and 16-bit reduced instruction set computer (RISC) is taken as the core component and builds a measurement & control system characterized by low power consumption and high performance.
