摘　　要：【目的】探索从科技文摘到学术期刊的转型之路,为我国科技期刊精品化建设提供参考借鉴。【方法】以《中国光学》为例,从加强编委会建设、突出品牌特色、提高核心竞争力、提升编辑业务能力和综合素质等几个方面总结了建设精品科技期刊的办刊实践经验,并提出了精品科技期刊可持续发展的工作思路。【结果】卓有成效的办刊思路与模式,使《中国光学》CJCR影响因子连续两年蝉联学科第一,入选第三届中国精品科技期刊,获得中国科协精品科技期刊工程项目资助。【结论】通过探索学术期刊的转型之路,在新形势下,强化集群化办刊模式,利用"互联网+"环境下科技期刊融合新媒体的优势,将促进精品科技期刊的可持续发展。[Purposes] This paper aims to explore journal transformation from scientific digests to academic journals and present some references to the excellent journal construction for Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Taking Chinese Optics as an example,which is a transformation sample from a scientific digest to an academic journal,the editorial practice and experience for building excellent journals were summarized： strengthening the construction of the editorial committee,highlighting the brand features,enhancing the core competitiveness,promoting editorial ability and comprehensive quality. Then the working ideas on the sustainable development of excellent journals were proposed. [Findings]Based on the highly effective editorial mode and practice,Chinese Optics has achieved great progress. From Chinese ST Journal Citation Reports 2014 and 2015,the impact factors of Chinese Optics rank No. 1 among 37 journals in physics and 16 journals in optoelectronics and laser technology in China. Chinese Optics has been included in the third session of Chinese Excellent ST Journals,and supported by the Excellent ST Journals Engineering Project of China Association for Science and Technology. [Conclusions] Through the exploration on transformation from scientific digests to academic journals,it will promote the sustainable development of excellent journals under the new situation by strengthening the clustering mode of the journal development,creating the advantage of combination between journals and new media under the＂Internet ＋＂environment.
