四川省安县血吸虫病防治成效分析

摘　　要：目的总结和分析安县四川省血吸虫病传播阻断的成效与经验。方法收集汇总和分析安县1956-2014年的血吸虫病防治综合治理工作资料。结果安县共环境改造灭螺123万m2,累计查病32.27万人次,扩大化疗9.94万人次。50万人次参加了血防健康教育活动,中小学生及居民知晓率均达到了99%。2010-2014年反复灭螺3 918万m2;截至2014年,已连续2年未查到钉螺;连续5年未发现当地感染的血吸虫病患者与病畜。结论安县通过综合治理,达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准。Objective To summarize and analyze the achievement and experience in transmission blocking of schistosomiasis in Anxian county, Sichuan province. Methods Data of schistosomiasis were collected and ana- lyzed from Anxian county during 1956 -2014. Results A total of 1 230 000m2 was conducted environmental reform in Anxian county. And 3 227 00 person - time was tested and 9 940 0 person - time were conducted expansion chemotherapy. There were 500 000 participated health education and the awareness rate achieved to 99%. During 2010 to 2014, 3 918 m2 was carried out repeatedly oncomelania eradication. By the end of 2014, no oncomelania had been found for two years and no schistosomiasis or infected livestock were found for five years. Conclusion By comprehensive measures, the target of blocking transmission has been achieved in Anxian county.
