摘　　要：目的分析云南省元江县伤寒副伤寒流行特征和趋势,为制定有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法利用元江县2009-2014年伤寒副伤寒疫情资料,采用SPSS17.0软件统计分析伤寒副伤寒在元江县的发病和流行情况。结果 2009-2014年元江县报告伤寒和副伤寒病例共760例,其中伤寒107例、副伤寒653例,无死亡病例报告,年均发病率为58.46/10万,报告病例数及发病率均呈逐年下降趋势,但仍高于全国、全省平均水平(1.93/10万)。元江县伤寒副伤寒发病在2010年暴发后呈下降趋势,发病无明显的季节性;病例集中在与县城所在地澧江镇、甘庄街道和曼来镇;发病人数最多的职业是农民(60.26%),其次为学生和工人。结论元江县2009-2014年伤寒副伤寒发病虽然总体呈下降趋势,但仍高于全国平均水平。对重点乡镇和重点人群要加以有效策略控制和分类指导,改善卫生条件,必要时采取阶段性禁/限食用等综合防制模式。Objective To analyze the epidemiology characteristics and trend of typhoid and paratyphoid in Yun- nan province, 2009 - 2014, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods Data of the typhoid and paratyphoid fever from 2009 to 2014 in Yuanjiang county was analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results A total of 760 cases of typhoid and paratyphoid were reported in Yuanjiang county in 2009 -2014, including 107 typhoid cases and 653 paratyphoid cases, with no death case. The average incidence was 58.46/105. The number of reported cases and incidence rate were declining, yet still higher than the national average （ 1.93/ 105 ）. Incidence rate had downward since the outbreak in 2010, with no obvious seasonal distribution. The cases were concentrated in Lijiang town, GanZhuang streets and Manlai town. The incidence of farmers （60. 26% ） was the highest, followed by students and workers. Conclusion The incidence of typhoid and par- atyphoid shows an declining trend in Yuanjiang county, but still higher than the national average in 2009 - 2014. The key towns and key oooulations should be taken under control and classified guidance and health conditions should be improved. Additionally, comprehensive prevention model should be implemented when necessary, such as periodic ban/limit consumption.
