基于Delphi法的中医按摩治疗便秘高频穴位表的研究

摘　　要：[目的]以运用中医护理方法解决老年人便秘问题为出发点,研制一套规范的中医按摩高频穴位表。[方法]在文献研究和专家访谈的基础上,就高频穴位的选取、按摩方法和按摩时间等形成初步方案,并设计专家函询表,采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,向21位专家进行两轮函询。[结果]经统计分析,专家对高频穴位的选取赞同率和意见的集中程度较高,最终形成了中医按摩治疗便秘辨证分型和非辨证分型高频穴位表。[结论]基于Delphi法构建的高频穴位表,较为系统地总结了穴位按摩治疗便秘的宝贵临床经验,对中医临床护理的科学化、标准化建设具有重要意义。Objective：To develop a set of standardized high- frequency acupuncture points table of traditional Chinese medicine massage starting from solving the problem of constipation in the elderly with TCM nursing methods. Methods=On the basis of literature study and expert interview, a preliminary plan was formed inclu- ding the selection of high - frequency acupuncture points, massage methods and time, and to design the expert questionnaire table. The Delphi method was used for two rounds of inquiry which 21 experts took part in. Re- suits=Through statistical analysis,the approval rate and opinions concentration of experts were higher to the se- lection of high - frequency acupuncture points. Finally evidence - based and non - evidence - based high - fre- quency acupuncture points table of TCM massage for treating constipation was formed. Conclusion. The high - frequency acupuncture points table has been formed based on Delphi method. It systematically summarized the valuable clinical experiences of acupoint massage for treating constipation. It was of great significance to the sci- entific and standardized construction of TCM clinical nursing.
