摘　　要：[目的]了解长春市老年人的健康状况及养老需求,分析养老意愿影响因素及模式选择,为应对老龄化挑战提供建议。[方法]采用分层整群抽样,对长春市60岁及以上的老年人300人进行问卷调查。[结果]64.6%的老人认为现今社区服务不足以满足其需求,并提出以社区医疗、老人活动中心、上门治疗为主的服务需求;机构养老意愿的影响因素主要有年龄、文化程度、经常性疼痛、慢性病和担忧养老;患有慢性病、不为养老担忧、专科或未上过学的老人更倾向于入住养老机构。[结论]政府应尽快完善长期照顾服务体系,以非正式长期照顾服务为基础,大力发展社区长期照顾服务,面向所有老年人,结合他们的具体需求提供多元化的健康服务,提高生活质量。Objective：To know about thehealth status and pension needs of elderly in Changchun city, analyze the influencing factors and mode selection of their pension will, so as to provide suggestions for coping with ag- ing challenges. Methods：A total of 300 old people who aged 60 and above in Changchun received the question- naire survey by using the stratified cluster sampling. Results： 64.6 % of the elderly thought that nowadays the community service was not sufficient to meet their demand, and it put forward the service demand that took the community medicine and elderly activity as center and home treatment as main body;the main influencing fac- tors of institutions pension will included the age, cultural degree, recurrent pain, chronic diseases and worrying about pension;the elderly who suffered from chronic diseases,did not worry about the pension,was specialist or did not go to school more inclined to stay in the pension institutions. Conclusion： The government should im- prove the long- term care service system as soon as possible, vigorously develop community long - term care services for all elderly based on the informal long - term care services. Facing to all old people,it provided the di- versified health services combined with their specific needs and to enahnce their quality of life.
