摘 要:[目的]探讨新入职护士的社交焦虑与心理弹性水平及两者之间的相关性,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。[方法]采用交往焦虑量表(IAS)、中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对2014年—2015年新入职护士672人进行问卷调查。[结果]98.22%的新入职护士处于中度至重度社交焦虑水平;心理弹性评分为(60.79±13.54)分,其中坚韧维度(28.78±7.33)分,力量维度(22.09±4.74)分,乐观维度(9.93±2.82)分;社交焦虑水平与CD-RISC评分呈负相关(P<0.01),且坚韧、乐观维度负向预测社交焦虑水平。[结论]新护士入职初期社交焦虑水平较高,与心理弹性水平较低密切相关,护理管理者应该重视新护士焦虑和心理弹性水平,采取针对性干预措施,使其尽快适应角色转变。Objective.To probe into the social anxiety and resilience level of new nurses and the correlation be- tween them,and provide basis for the development of targeted interventions. Methods. A total of 672 new nurses from 2014 to 2015 received the questionnaire by using the Interaction Anxiety Scale(IAS) and Connor - David- son Psychological Resilience Scale of Chinese version(CD-RISC). Results. The 98.22% of new nurses had the moderate to severe level of social anxiety; the resilience score was 60.79 ± 13.54, in which the tenacity dimen- sion score was 28.78±7.33 ,power dimension score was 22.09±4.74,optimism dimension score was 9.93±2.82; social anxiety level was negatively correlated with the CD- RISC score(P〈0. 01) ,and the tenacity and optim- ism dimensions negatively predicted the social anxiety level. Conclusion. The new nurses had a higher social anx- iety level in the initial stage of entry, which was closely related to the low resilience level. The nursing managers should pay attention to the anxiety and resilience level of new nurses,take targeted interventions to make new nurses adapt to the roles change as soon as possible.
