摘  要:类风湿关节炎(RA)的发病原因中基因背景和环境因素占据重要地位。基因性质决定了患者的免疫系统更易于发生异常应答,同时环境暴露也发挥了重要的作用,有高危遗传基因的人群暴露在特定环境触发因素中极易引起发病。此外,在RA发生、发展的过程中,机体的氧化性应激状态始终存在,并加速疾病进程。氧化应激可促成组织慢性炎症并引发容易导致RA的免疫调节,患者体内增强的过氧化状态和抗氧化防御系统改变与疾病所表现的氧化损伤有关。The study of gene background and environmental factors has been very active in the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis. The patient's immune system is more prone to abnormal response due to the nature of gene, and environmental exposure plays an important role. When population with high risk genes is exposed to specific environmental factors, the onset of the disease can easily occur. Evidence suggests that the oxidative stress on the body speeds up the disease process of rheumatoid arthritis and hence is considered as one of the important contributors to the disease progress. Oxidative stress promotes the tissue chronic inflammation and triggers the immune regulation leading to rheumatoid arthritis. In patients, the enhanced peroxide status and the change of antioxidant defense system are associated with the oxidative damage.
