摘 要:具备纳米级尺寸大小的3D聚酰胺-胺型树枝状高分子(PAMAM),因其表面功能基团丰富、易穿透生物膜、无免疫原性、可生物降解等特点,被广泛用于各种药物分子、基因物质等的输送。PAMAM树状大分子本身具有抗菌、抗病毒能力,能够显著抑制铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单纯疱疹病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒等的增殖,而以树状大分子为基础的局部抗微生物药也越来越受关注。Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer, synthesized by divergent method, is a novel three dimensional, hyperbranched nanopolymeric macromolecule. Owing to its unique properties like abundant surface functional groups ,easy to penetrate through the cell membrane ,low immunogenicity and biodegradability, PAMAM dendrimer has been widely applied in the target delivery of drugs and genetic materials. Recently, PAMAM dendrimers have been proved to function as antibacterial and antiviral agents due to their excellent properties,which significantly inhibit the growth of pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus anreus, herpes simplex virus and human immunodeficiency virus. Therefore, increasing attraction has been caught on dendrimer based topical microbicides as well.
