摘　　要：自动乳腺全容积成像系统(ABVS)2009年开始应用于临床,是针对乳腺的三维超声成像系统。ABVS创新的引入了冠状面成像,给乳腺疾病的超声诊断提供了一个全新的视野。在检出率、肿块定位等方面ABVS显示出了其独特的优势,但ABVS也存在一些局限性(如在ABVS上无法应用彩色多普勒检查)。ABVS在显示浅表组织疾病的病变范围、形态、内部结构及与周围结构关系方面体现出了良好的价值,具有应用潜力。The automated breast volume scanner （ABVS） is a three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system aimed at breast. It was developed in 2009, which has been applied in clinical. ABVS innovatively introduced the coronal imaging and brought a new field of vision to the ultrasonic diagnosis of breast disease. In detection rate, tumor localization, ABVS has shown its unique advantages, however, there are some limitations,for example, we cannot use color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） on ABVS. ABVS has shown great application potential in the display of lesions extent, shape, internal structure and relationship with the surrounding structures of superficial tissue diseases.
