摘  要:目的:观察当归补血汤对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将实验小鼠随机分为5组(正常对照组、模型组、当归补血汤低、中、高剂量组),采用60Co-γ放射源照射实验小鼠建立辐射损伤模型,观察小鼠的一般情况,测定各组小鼠的外周血淋巴细胞数、分析血清T淋巴细胞亚群、计数脾脏集落形成数目(CFU-S)并计算免疫器官脏器指数。结果:受60Co-γ射线照射的小鼠外周血淋巴细胞数、血清T淋巴细胞亚群、脾脏指数及胸腺指数均明显降低,脾脏集落形成数目增多,当归补血汤可使各组小鼠免疫功能参数均提高,促进免疫功能损伤的恢复。结论:当归补血汤对辐射小鼠免疫系统的损伤有保护和促进修复作用,且与剂量相关。Objective: To observe the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction on immune function in mice with radiation injury. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (normal control group, model group, Danggui Buxue Decoction, in low, middle and high dose group). The radiation damage model was established by 60Co-γ,irradiation in mice, and the general condition of mice was observed. The number of peripheral blood lymphocytes was determined in mice. The serum T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed. The number of colony formation (CFU-S) was counted and the index of immune organs was calculated. Results: The number of pe- ripheral blood lymphocytes, the serum T-lymphocyte subsets, spleen index and thymus index were significantly decreased in mice irradiated by 6~Co-~/ray. And the number of colony formation in the spleen increased. Dang- gui Buxue Decoction can improve immune function parameters and promote the recovery of immune function in- jury in mice with radiation injury. Conclusions: Danggui Buxue Decoction can protect and repair function dam- age of immune system in irradiated mice, which is related to dose.
