参附注射液对帕金森病患者血压节律的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究参附注射液对帕金森病(PD)患者血压节律异常的干预作用。方法:采用参附注射液治疗帕金森病(PD)血压节律异常患者20例,观察治疗前后患者血压的变化,用无创性携带式动态血压监测仪行24 h动态血压监测。结果:治疗前6例PD患者呈非杓型血压,反杓型12例,超杓型1例;经参附注射液治疗后,7例血压节律异常的患者转变为杓型血压。治疗后24 h平均血压变异系数、日间平均血压变异系数、夜间平均血压变异系数较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗前后患者卧位收缩压和舒张压变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附注射液对PD患者血压具有双向调节作用,可以稳定PD患者血压,改善PD患者血压节律异常。Objective： To study the effect of Shenfu injection on rhythm of blood pressure in parkinson dis- ease （PD）. Methods： The 20 PD patients were studied with 24 hours ABPM and collected the data of blood pressure. We used Shenfu injection to research the effect on rhythm of blood pressure in these PD patients, and 24 hours ABPM tracing was used to analyze the change of blood pressure after treatment. Results： At baseline, six cases showed non-dippers; 12 cases showed reverse dippers, and one showed extreme dippers. After treat- ment by Shenfu injection, the pattern of pressure converted to dippers in seven cases; and 24 h mean blood pressure coefficient of variation （24 hMBPCV） diurnal mean blood pressure coefficient of variation （dMBPCV） and nocturnal mean blood pressure coefficient of variation（nMBPCV） decreased （P〈0.05）. There was no change in systolicl and dialect supine blood pressure after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： ShenFu injection showed two- ways regulation on the blood pressure of PD patients; it can stabilize blood pressure and improve the abnormal rhythm of blood pressure PD patients.
