摘 要:[目的]比较ICP-AES和ICP-MS法测定重金属镉的优缺点,明确这2种方法各自的适用范围。[方法]对环境样品预处理后,分别采用ICP-AES和ICP-MS法测定镉含量,并对2种方法进行比较。[结果]ICP-AES和ICP-MS法的线性相关系数均为0.9999,精密度均优于3.0%,回收率为96.0%~103.6%,且对标准参考物质的测定结果均符合证书值要求,测定结果之间并无显著性差异。ICP-MS检出限更低,但仪器成本高,普及率低,主要应用在痕量及超痕量分析;ICP-AES在基层实验室的普及率更高。[结论]对于镉的常规分析优先选用ICP-AES,对于土壤样品,ICP-MS具有明显的测定优势。[Objective]To compare the advantages and disadvantages of ICP-AES and ICP-MS for detecting cadmium in environmental samples,and to find the application range of the two methods.[Method]After pretreatment of environmental samples,cadmium content was detected by the two methods.[Result]The linear correlation coefficients of ICP-AES and ICP-MS were both 0.999,the RSD were than 3.0%;recovery rates were between 96.0% and 103.6%.Detection results of standard reference materials met the requirements of certificate value.There were no significant differences among detection results.ICP-MS had lower detection limit,but the instrument was expensive with low popularizing rate.Thus,it was mainly applied in trace and ultra trace analysis.However,ICP-AES had higher popularizing rate in local laboratory.[Conclusion]ICP-AES is preferable for the routine analysis of cadmium,while ICP-MS has obvious advantages for soil samples.
