中医溻渍法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察中医溻渍法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将57例DPN患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组29例。对照组予基础治疗及相应的糖尿病周围神经病变治疗药物,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合中医溻渍法治疗,观察两组治疗前后TCSS评分、血糖等变化。结果:治疗10 d后,两组TCSS评分均有所改善,治疗组在TCSS总分、症状分、反射分3方面的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组治疗前后血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合中药溻渍疗法可改善DPN患者的临床症状、体征。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM Tazi Treatment in diabetes peripheral neu- ropathy. Methods： The 57 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, respec- tively 28 and 29 cases in the each. Patients were treated by basic treatment and diabetes related treatment in control group, and the patients in treatment group were given TCM Tazi Treatment and the same treatment as the control group. DPN-related indicators were observed before and after treatment, such as TCSS score and blood glucose. Results： The TCSS score were improved in two groups in 10 days, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group on TCSS Aggregate score, symptom score and reflex score, with statistical difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.O1）. The blood glucose change showed no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Based on the basis of routine treatment, TCM Tazi Treatment can improve clinical symp- toms and signs in DPN patients.
