金匮温经汤对虚寒证原发性痛经患者子宫动脉血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金匮温经汤治疗虚寒证原发性痛经的临床疗效及对子宫动脉血流动力的影响。方法:将80例虚寒证原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组(40例,口服金匮温经汤)和对照组(40例,口服布洛芬缓释胶囊),连续治疗3个月经周期。比较治疗前后患者的一般症状及子宫动脉血流参数(PI、RI、A/B)的变化情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后子宫动脉PI、RI、A/B比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金匮温经汤治疗虚寒证原发性痛经,可通过纠正子宫血液灌注情况,改善盆腔血液微循环状态,从而减轻患者症状。Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of Jinkui Wenjing Decoction on Asthenia-cold Syn- drome of primary dysmenorrbeat and its influence on uterine artery blood flow dynamics. Methods： The 80 pa- tients with Asthenia-cold Syndrome of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases taking orally with Jinkui Wenjing Decoction） and control group （40 cases taking orally with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules）. The treatment course was of three menstrual cycles. The symptoms and uterine artery blood flow parameters （PI, R1, A/B） were compared in patients before and after treatment. Results： The clinical effective rate was 92.5% treatment group and 85.0% in control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈O.05）. The changes of uterine artery PI, RI, A/B showed statistical significant dif- ference in two groups （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistical- ly significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Jinkui Wenjing Decoction can improve the state of pelvic blood microcircula- primary dysmenorrhea, according to correcting the uterine blood perfusion status.
