中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的研究现状。方法:收集2006年至今的相关文献,并运用Note Express3.0、Bicomb2.0和SPSS17.0软件进行文献计量学分析。结果:共检出有效文献222篇,近10年间文献数量呈间断上升趋势,161篇期刊文献,59.00%刊载于核心期刊,文献第一作者单位所属的研究机构绝大多数为医院,且有33.33%文献受到各级科研基金资助,截止至2015年8月大多数文献被引用次数较低或零引用,通过对22个高频关键词的分析,得到5个热点:(1)清金益肺汤治疗痰热蕴肺型IPF的实验研究;(2)IPF的中医药研究集中于病名、病因病机、辨证论治、综述、临床观察、名医经验6个方面;(3)运用络病理论治疗IPF;(4)运用活血化瘀剂治疗IPF;(5)中医药疗法对IPF患者生活质量的影响。结论:中医药治疗IPF的研究近10年受到广泛关注,运用活血化瘀剂治疗IPF以及中医药疗法对IPF患者生活质量影响的研究有待进一步深入。Objective： To analyze the present research situation of TCM treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods： We collected related literatures from 2006 to now, and made a bib｜iometric analysis by Mi- crosoft NoteExpress 3.0, Bicomb 2.0 and SPSS 17.0. Results： There were 222 published papers acquired, and the number of papers showed an increasing tendency discontinuously during 10 years. The 59 % of all the 161 periodical literatures was published in core journal. And the first authors of the papers were mainly from hospi- tals. Papers supported by research funds accounted for one third. A little paper was cited largely. Until August 2015, five research focuses were obtained by analyzing 22 high frequency keywords. The first was experimental research on Qingjin Yifei Tang （清金益肺汤） in treating IPF due to phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung. The second was TCM Researches on IPF concentrated in the six aspects： disease names, etiology and pathogenesis, review, clinical observation, and clinical experience. The third was applying the collateral disease theory to cure IPF. The fourth was applying the Huoxue Huayu Ji （活血化瘀剂） to cure IPF. The fifth was the effects of TCM therapy on the quality of life of patients with IPF. Conclusion： TCM treatment has attracted a wide spread attention in the IPF field, especially the treatment of Huoxue Huayu Ji and its influence to the quality of life of IPF patients.
