摘  要:目的:建立湿疹软膏中薄荷脑与冰片的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,用乙酸乙酯提取薄荷脑、冰片,以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,使用PEG-20M色谱柱,用氢火焰离子检测器检测。结果:通过方法学考察,薄荷脑在0.05012~0.5012 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.60%(n=9)。冰片在0.06032~0.6032 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.24%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好、精密度高。可用于湿疹软膏的工艺研究。Objective: To establish a method to determine menthol and borneo1 in eczema ointment. Meth- ods: Menthol and borneol contents were determined by GC, extraction of menthol and borneol with ethyl acetate, Methylmethyl salicylate used as the internal standard, using the PEG-20M column, FID as detector. Results: A good linearity between the concentration and peak area value when the concentrations of menthol at 0.05012 - 0.50121 mg/mL. The average recovery of menthol is 99.60% (n=9).A good linearity between the concentration and peak area value when the concentrations of borneol at 0.06032 -0.6032 mg/mL, and the average recovery of borneol is 99.24% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and high precision; it can be used to control the quality of eczema ointment.
