摘　　要：目的:建立尿路消炎合剂中靛玉红的含量检测方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(75∶25,V/V)为流动相,流速:1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长:289 nm,柱温:30℃,对尿路消炎合剂中靛玉红进行定量分析。结果:靛玉红在浓度3.72~29.76μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999)范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.55%,RSD%为1.64%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于控制该制剂的质量。Objective： To establish a method for content determination of indirubin in Niaolu Xiaoyan Mix- ture. Methods： HPLC method was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-water （75：25） at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was at 289 nm and the Column temperature was 30℃. Results： Indirubin had the linear range of 3.72-29.76ug·mL-1 （r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 99.55% （RSD=l.64%）. Conclusion： The HPLC method is simple, sensitive and selective. It is suitable for the quality control of Niaolu Xiaoyan Mixture.
