养殖密度对克氏原螯虾摄食节律的影响

摘　　要：在(25±1)℃水温条件下,设定5种养殖密度(50、75、100、125、150尾/m2),以专用养殖颗粒饲料为饵料饲养克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii),探讨了养殖密度对克氏原螯虾摄食节律的影响。通过连续24h随机取样,测定肠道饱满指数,结果显示:125尾/m2密度组摄食效果最好。Under(25±1)℃temperature conditions,with Procambarus clarkii special breeding particles feed bait,five different breeding densities(50,75,100,125 and 150tail/m^2)were set for feeding Procambarus clarkii,the effect of different breeding densities of Procambarusclarkiion feeding rhythm was studied.24 hours of continuous random sampling,intestinal fullness index was determined.The results showed that the feeding effect of the 125tail/m^2 density group was the best.
