摘　　要：随着含银化合物被越来越多地应用于医疗行业和消费产品中,含银化合物的部分功能被扩大,对其作用机制和不良反应的认识存在一些误区。本文在广泛查阅含银化合物抗菌作用机制及不良反应的相关文献后,进行总结分析,对含银化合物抗菌作用机制及不良反应的相关研究进展作一综述,为临床应用含银化合物提供一点提示。With the increasing use of silver compounds in medical applications and consumer products, some of the functions of silver containing compounds have been expanded, the benefits and dangers of silver containing compounds have some misunderstandings. This paper widely consulting the silver containing compound antibacterial mechanism and adverse reaction of the relevant literature, analysis and summary, of silver containing compound antibacterial progress on the mechanism and adverse reactions were reviewed, to provide a hint for the clinical application of silver containing compounds.
