摘　　要：依据联合战役背景下摩步师跨区机动的特点,基于Delphi法建立了摩步师军交运输保障效能综合评估指标体系,利用结构熵权法给出了评估指标的权重。分析了同级各指标间相互关系,相应地给出了每个指标计算模型和每个子系统综合模型,重点构建了摩步师军交运输保障效能综合评估模型,为联合作战背景下摩步师跨区机动的运输保障效能评定提供了量化分析依据。In accordance with the inter-war-zone maneuver characteristics of motorized infantry division in joint operation,and on the base of delphi method,the comprehensive evaluation index system of military transportation support effectiveness for the motorized infantry division is built. By using the structural entropy weight method,the weight of evaluation index is presented. The relationship between the indexes at the same level is analyzed. The computational models for each index and the comprehensive model for each sub-system are obtained. The comprehensive evaluation index system of military transportation support effectiveness for the motorized infantry division is established,which is of quantitative reference for the evaluation in question.
