关于推进军队院校实战化教学的思考

摘　　要：为促进军队院校教育教学改革和提升人才培养质量,在阐述实战化教学重要性的基础上,分析了实战化教学的实现路径,通过突出教学内容的前瞻性、增强教学内容的针对性、提高教学内容的实践性和科学构建实战化教学的内容体系,最后提出了实战化教学应加强教学资源、教员队伍、法规制度3个方面的条件建设。To promote the educational reform and talent cultivation of military academies,this paper first emphasizes the importance of combat-oriented teaching,and then analyzes the different approaches to realizing this teaching method. It is suggested that in addition to predictive and targeted teaching content,importance should also be attached to the construction of teaching resources,teaching staff and relevant rules and regulations.
