摘　　要：提出了NHD(聚乙二醇二甲醚)脱硫、脱碳工艺中溶液污染的问题,分析了系统运行中设备存在的问题和溶液脏对系统的危害,提出了使用陶瓷膜超滤机对原溶液过滤系统进行改造的方案。通过实践证明,解决了溶液污染问题,降低了消耗,保障了系统的安全稳定运行。The solution pollution during NHD desulfurization and decarbonization process was proposed.The problems existing in the equipments in the operation of the system and the dangers of contaminated solution on the system were analyzed.Ceramic membrane ultrafilter was used to reform the original solution filtration system.Practice shows that this method solved the problem of solution pollution,and reduced consumption,and ensured the safety and stability of the system.
