摘　　要：基于校企联盟的高校人才培养是校企双方在人才培养过程中因共同的追求而形成的人才培养模式,其指导思想是学生的培养要灵活响应社会需求,实现与行业的紧密结合;核心是在培养过程中借助企业力量,把行业的主要需求系统纳入到培养计划中,并让学生在校期间就接触到企业文化,在校企融合中培养学生的实践能力。这一模式已经实施,并取得了良好的成效。The talents cultivation mode of universities, which is based on university-enterprise alliance, attributes to the joint efforts of both universities and enterprises. Its guiding ideology is that the cultivation of students should be flexible so that it may quickly response to the need of society, and closely integrates itself with industry. The core is to bring the principle demands of industry into the talentdeveloping plan with the help of enterprises. At the same time, it ensures that students have access to enterprise culture during their schooldays, which will help to improve their practice ability. This kind of model has been put into practice and received good results.
