摘　　要：类固醇受体RNA激活子(SRA)是一类长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)。在乳腺癌、子宫癌和卵巢癌等肿瘤中,检测到了异常的lncRNA-SRA转录,且lncRNA-SRA水平在乳腺癌患者体内高于非乳腺癌。LncRNA-SRA的表达水平可作为一种新颖的ER-阳性乳腺癌患者的预后标志。因此,阐明lncRNA-SRA在乳腺癌中的表达及作用机制对于开发靶向SRA的治疗策略非常重要。Steroid receptor RNA activator（SRA） is a type of long non - coding RNA （lncRNA）. The abnormal transcription of lncRNA - SRA were detected in the uterine, ovarian and breast, and the lncRNA -SRA level in breast cancer is higher than that of general population. LncRNA - SRA expression may serve as a new prognostic marker for patients with ER- positive breast cancers. Thus, elucidating the molecular mecha- nisms of lncRNA - SRA is important to develop novel proper strategies using target lneRNA - SRA in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
