摘 要:为了深入了解海南野生仙人掌果实农艺性状变异特征,为驯化野生仙人掌,选育出适合加工、可食率高的品种提供理论依据,调查了野生仙人掌果实的12个农艺性状,并进行相关分析、通径分析及主成分分析。结果表明:野生仙人掌果实12个性状均存在较大遗传变异,变异系数为5.49%-45.07%;降低果实外皮重,减小果实纵径,增加果实横径是提高可食率的首选育种目标。In order to understand the characteristics of variations in agronomic traits of wild cactus fruit(Opuntia dillenii Haw.) and lay the theoretical basis for domesticating wild cactus and breeding the variety being high in edible rate and suitable for processing,wild cactus fruit's 12 agronomic traits were investigated by correlation,path and principal component analyses.The results indicated that there were great genetic variations in the12 agronomic traits and their variation coefficients ranged from 5.49%to 45.07%;Decreasing the fruit peel weight and longitudinal fruit diameter and increasing the lateral fruit diameter were the first chosen breeding objectives of improving the edible rate.
